Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you proceed to book your Cottage, Lodge or Caravan park stay with Acre Hill Holiday’s.

Guest who books must be 18 or over and must inform all persons staying at the cottage, Lodge or caravan park that they must agree to, and accept, all terms and conditions.  The guest who makes the booking will ultimately be responsible for ensuring all the terms and conditions as set out below are adhered to.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Acre Hill Caravan Site (CL)

Bookings made via this website is made by paying a 30% non refundable deposit of the total value of your booking, with the outstanding balance paid no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment is required if your booking is made within 60 day’s of your arrival date. If the finel balance is not paid within the 60 days of your arrival date the website will automatically cancel the booking so you will have to rebook and you will loose the deposit you have previously paid.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS

Acre Hill Caravan site (CL)

Cancellations in less than 72 hours (three days) notice to your check in date wont get moved on to another date as its to late to resell the pitch. Unfortunately refunds will not be issued.

Cancellations over 72 hour (three days) before check in if we manage to resell your pitch we will happily move you to another date within the same year. Unfortunately refunds will not be issued.

Acre Hill Holiday’s requires written notification of cancellation from the visitor. However, cancellations will not receive any refund, whether this is the deposit or whole amount. We strongly advice you to take out additional travel insurance to cover any cancellations.

DAMAGE & BREAKAGES

You and all the guests included in your booking are responsible for any damage, damages or breakages and will be charged accordingly. Please report any damages as soon as possible.

NOISE LEVELS

Holiday Cottage, Lodge and caravan site

Acre Hill Holidays is situated in a rural location and guests come here for a relaxing, tranquil and quiet holiday.  Please respect your neighbours by not playing loud music and keeping noise levels to a minimum.  If you are enjoying the outside space in the evening please do not play any music after 9pm.  Bad language and aggressive behaviour is not tolerated at any time.

WIFI

Holiday Cottage and Lodge (NO wifi on caravan site)

Acre Hill Cottage and Lodge comes with free wifi throughout your stay. Please note due to us being in the country side the frequency and speed cannot be guaranteed.  Please understand we are in the countryside and certain factors like this are out of our control.

ACCOMMODATION RULES

Holiday Cottage and Lodge

No smoking of cigarettes, e cigarettes are allowed to be smoked within Acre Hill Cottage or Lodge. Only the number of guests that are booked in the original booking are allowed and no additional guests are allowed to stay over. You can have visitors but we ask them to leave be4 10pm.

DOGS

Holiday Cottage and Lodge

Three dogs welcome for free if allowing on furniture please provide your own throws and cover all furniture  and bed before allowing them up. Please use dog wash outside not the shower inside.  Dogs must never be left alone in the property’s. Dogs Should be on lead unless you feel happy they can’t get out or jump over the fencing (letting your dog of the lead is at your own risk).

Caravan site (CL)

Dogs on caravan park have to be on lead at all times.

PARKING

Holiday Cottage, Lodge and caravan site (cl)

Parking is available outside the cottage and Lodge for up to two cars. caravan park has room for 1 car per caravan/ Motorhome.

CLEANING

Holiday Cottage and Lodge

The Cottage and lodge are cleaned thoroughly after each guest has checked out. You and all the guests are responsible to leave it as you found it.

RESELLING BOOKINGS

Holiday Cottage and Lodge

Acre Hill Holiday’s must be booked by a person over the age of 18 and are not for resale. The person who made the booking must be in attendance for the duration of the stay booked.

KEYS/ACCESS

Holiday Cottage and Lodge

Arrival instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival and it is self check in where the key is located in a key deposit box on the side of the cottage and Lodge.  The code will be emailed to you.  Enjoy your stay and if you have any questions or problems through out your stay please do not hesitate to contact us on acrehillholidays@gmail.com
